  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, weather, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Policy

To ensure genuine orders and smooth delivery, we follow a partial prepaid system for COD orders:

  • A ₹199 advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders
  • The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery
Why this policy?

This helps us:

  • Reduce fake or unverified orders
  • Ensure faster and more reliable delivery
  • Maintain fair pricing for all customers

Important COD Guidelines
  • COD orders are processed only after the ₹199 payment is received
  • The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery
  • In case of successful returns (as per our Return Policy), the ₹100 shipping charges will be adjusted in your refund

🚫 Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:

  • COD option being disabled for future orders

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.


6. Delays & Support

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Unexpected demand spikes
  • External factors beyond our control
