1. Easy 7-Day Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth process, returned items should be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With all original tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your order ID or proof of purchase
This helps us maintain quality for every customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer COD for your convenience, with a few guidelines to keep things smooth for everyone:
- Please ensure you’re available to accept the order at delivery
- Repeated order refusals may lead to COD restrictions on future orders
Returns for COD Orders
- Eligible for return only in case of:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- For other reasons (like size or preference), we currently encourage prepaid orders, which offer more flexibility
Refunds for COD Orders
Refunds will be processed via:
- Store credit, or
- UPI / Bank transfer
6. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to get what you need:
- Request a return
- Place a new order once your return is approved
7. Return Charges
- A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from approved refunds
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
8. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you about the approval
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
